What are my CW3 Tech promotion chances with HQ OERs?

I am in my 2nd year as a CW2, all my OERs are HQ, and 2 our of 3 have MQ from the rater and all of them have strong above average write-ups from senior rater. Recently I was told that you have to have at least 2 MQ in your last 5 OERs to have a good chance for CW3. I am going to school in 2 years which I will only get AERs. That means I have to focus getting MQs for the next 2 OERs, last year the CW3 board results came out with 80% promotion rate in my field. So can anyone tell me what my chances are? I am doing everything I can to excel at my level regardless, I am just uncertain whether the board will recognize that most of our senior eaters don’t have a profile for me.
