Only thing that is in my record is a 4-2 ncoer from 2011, The 2015 ncoer was kicked out in 2 months by HRC but the Pentagon have my 2011 packet for over a year now, I don't know the outcome but the rater, sr rater, and the correct sr rater use regs wrote positive suppirt letters on my behalf and a 4 for SSG performance and 2 for promotion potential, How do they not kick that out?

What is your RE CODE? If you have a 4, you have nearly 0 chance.

SSG (Join to see) - I was referring to the RE CODE. if you have an RE code of 4, or 4R, you have no chances. You have 5 years to get an ncoer corrected. What possessed the senior rater to put 2/4 he obviously doesn't know how NCOERs work. Neither does the S1 and all those involved in the NCOER process. Good luck with the process.

You are being given good advice. Look at your DD214 and the reenlistment code. If it is a 4 then you have your answer. If it is anything else then go see an Army Career Counselor (recruiter) and they can give you the exact procedures on how to reapply for service.
