I wasn’t in a good space mentally and acknowledged it I had asked to be removed from my section to no avail. I ended up dropping the ball big time.

My NCOER had a Did Not Meet in the character block but still Met Standard and Qualified from Rater and Senior Rater. This is my first and only bad NCOER in my file. It was a change of Rater.

What are my chances of facing QMP? I’m sure my next three evals will be great. My previous three are top blocks pretty much. What are my chances of facing a QMP for bad NCOER? 2024-06-30T18:53:38-04:00 MSG Private RallyPoint Member 8800691

I’m seeking information on my NCOER. As the GOMOR was filed locally, it's probably not likely that a QMP referral request was sent to HRC (it's still possible though).

What's likely to happen though is the next time your file goes through a HRC evaluation or selection board, the evaluation/selection board will refer you to the QMP board.
----------------------------
* AR 635-200 - https://armypubs.army.mil/epubs/DR_pubs/DR_a/ARN40058-AR_635-200-001-WEB-3.pdf

ARN40058-AR_635-200-001-WEB-3.pdf

Response by COL Randall C. made Jun 30 at 2024 9:35 PM 2024-06-30T21:35:32-04:00 2024-06-30T21:35:32-04:00 2024-06-30T18:53:38-04:00
