It has to be simple and fast, and makes sense. Hands down those are the only important things regarding UI Development. There are books that look at UI Dev at a project manager level but I haven't really dived down that path before.Response by SGT Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 14 at 2017 1:14 AM2017-01-14T01:14:28-05:002017-01-14T01:14:28-05:00SGT Private RallyPoint Member2364425<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Think about what the user is trying to do; what is the task the user wants to complete? Then, make the path to completing that task as obvious and quick as possible to perform. A book I would recommend is Designing with the Mind in Mind, by Jeff Johnson. It covers task-oriented design as well as a whole lot more, and it is based on empirical evidence.Response by SGT Private RallyPoint Member made Feb 22 at 2017 11:13 PM2017-02-22T23:13:08-05:002017-02-22T23:13:08-05:002017-01-13T10:16:59-05:00
