Understand how young you were when things happened. Give yourself a break. Ask for a break also<br /><br />for example:<br />overuse injury---learn the therapy traction inversion yoga decompression routines and machines and then make a team of people and share the knowledge with small goals to even just teach 1 other person when you notice they are in pain walking badly<br /><br />Abuse Neglect Feelings so odd you still have no real vocabulary. Try to not spread this damage. Look online as there are possibly some others, and try to rebuild sense of reality, no matter how odd it may be Trust and Learn to look up to God and Prey as often as needed<br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br />This is my addition to what I feel is part of Defending the Constitution and the Preamble thought process<br /><br /><br />We the People<br />Signed in convention September 17, 1787.
