What all would I need to start my BAH if I'm a geographical bachelorette?

Make sure that your marriage certificate in on the iPERMS website. This will ensure that you are credited with the proper BAH. These may seem annoying, but they are for the SM's protection.

Go to your S1 or MPD. Use your chain of command. It varies depending on your exact situation.

You need to provide supporting documents to your S1. ( ie. marriage certificate or birth certificates) They will do a 5960 to update your BAH status. Normally you will get BAH based on the location of where you are stationed but if you are a geo bachelor due to being on an unaccompanied tour then you can receive BAH based on the location of your spouse.
