Try the Allen Hall Reserve Center. Also try government job sites on line or TSA website. 1SG Private RallyPoint Member Fri, 06 Jan 2017 02:24:41 -0500 2017-01-06T02:24:41-05:00 Response by SPC Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 6 at 2017 3:27 AM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/what-advice-do-you-have-for-someone-attempting-to-transition-into-an-airport-security-or-something-similar-career?n=2221541&urlhash=2221541

http://www.tucsonaz.gov/sigma/JobListings.aspx

https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/jobs-in-tucson-az

You could also call the city and see if they have any employment centers. Also there are plenty of security contractor organizations who hire from the military for work inside and outside the border. DHS is actual law enforcement with a multitude of training opportunities and duties which is hiring big time especially in the veteran community. You might do well to start with some sort of local law enforcement, like a county or municipal department. They're often easier to get in with, and provide great experience. I know the Louisville, KY airport has their own police department (who also serve as firefighters and EMTs) but I'm not sure how many rely on something other than TSA.
