If not you really want to go into the guard as a 15T or 15U, get hired as a federal technician, get cross trained in all the backshops and go to NDI etc. This way as a technician you have access to learning it all. Civilian Certification for this is so stringent bc of the amount of experience required, you would literally have to NDI 8 hours a day, everyday for almost 2 years!Response by SSG Hugh G.
