We are currently 50,000 still over the number. Thus<br />the large numbers for QSP -QSP trying to change when the names and board is<br />convened (around Christmas) bad business to tell you that you might not have<br />a job and go home on leave. It is tied to a bill this is why the list comes<br />out during this time.<br /><br />-P3 profiles will have 90 days to be fit for deployment or MEB<br /><br /> -When going through the MEB process, once PEBLO says yes to MEB you will<br />be discharged from the Army at that point. No more waiting around for<br />percentages to be approved or argued <br /><br />-Reenlistment will have to be signed off at BDE level (Army Tracked)<br />example: DA wants to know why a Soldier with a 191 PT score and 81 GT score<br />had the chance to reenlist. His qualifications suck, send him home! <br /><br />-If you are non-deployable you will not be able to reenlist or on profile <br /><br />-All RCP will be reduced by one year (if you joined BEFORE 2007 your RCP<br />will not change)<br /><br /> -In order to reenlist your packet will have the following; ERB, HT/WT, PT<br />Card, and GT scores will determine if you are eligible <br /><br />-OML for all NCOES Courses (No more walk on and or calling branch) <br /><br />-1 deferment (1 Star approval) per Soldier. If you fail to attend at the<br />next schedule date you will be subject to immediate chapter <br /><br />-If you fail to attend your NCOES and you're a no show (Chapter will be<br />initiated)<br /><br />-90 days after sequence number is published and you have not attended your<br />PME (initiate chapter) <br /><br />-Fail DS or Recruiter Course (initiate chapter upon return) 4856 informing<br />the Soldier prior to leaving for school<br /><br />-Fail NCOES (initiate chapter upon return) 4856 informing the Soldier prior<br />to leaving for school <br /><br />-If you lose your promotable status for any reason (initiate chapter) <br /><br />-one strike and you're out of the Army (FG Art 15 you will not be able to<br />recover from) you will never make SFC or QSP after you pin SFC<br /><br />-TRADOC is making a Master Gunner Badge<br /><br /><br />Changes to SGM/CSM positions and duties:<br /><br />-All G positions will be taken away from the Nominative level (Staff<br />Position)<br /><br />-75 Nominative positions has been removed <br /><br />-Turn down Nominative position 90 days and retire <br /><br />-Coming from the Academy is Opt all in and if you turn it down 90 days and<br />retire plus pay back the money spent for your education<br /><br />-5 year plan once you graduate from the academy your eligible for retirement<br />(today it is 2 years after graduation)<br /><br />-36 months for all assignments with 6 months preposition prior to your COR<br />or PCORD <br /><br />-Branch Chiefs will now slot all CSM once selected for CSL (Most qualified<br />all the way down to the end (now you will not be able to numerate your<br />positions) Opt in and wait to see where you go<br /><br />-3 Star level and above will be selected by 3 star level CSM and above (your<br />picture pops up on a screen, if someone in the room knows you he will speak<br />on your behalf, notes will be taken on your packet that each of them have,<br />if no one in the room knows you they will look at your ERB/ Photo/ Past<br />NCOER/ and turn the page (good ole boy system is back)<br /><br />Nothing is policy as of yet but by June<br />each bullet stated will be in effect. 2016-01-28T15:34:16-05:00 PFC Aaron Hyatt 1265284
