He looks very sincere sending this heartfelt message. I'd like to see more messages like this from our former Presidents. They carry the burden of tremendous responsibility for decisions they make and it is important for them to continue talking to our troops.

I think he knows there was errors made many errors during his terms. Decision that were made base on false information. I think he knows that.
