I guess I was angry all the time because I didn't understand what was going in and why things happened. <br />When I grew up I promised myself I would never raise my kids the way I was raised and put them thru the things I had to endure. <br />I've grown up now and learn to cope with things and talk out my problems. Which has helped me allot.Response by SSG Leo Bell made Oct 23 at 2015 9:11 AM2015-10-23T09:11:19-04:002015-10-23T09:11:19-04:00PO3 Private RallyPoint Member1060244<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Yes is a good one, yes it also have anger, yes many may classified a lot as abuse nowsdays, yes, many will believe is neglect too. While I was an Army Brat and moved around quite a bit, I would not change one thing about my childhood. I tried very hard to give the same loving, caring home life to my children as they grew up (as Army Brats) and am very proud they are doing the same with their families. We are blessed...Response by COL Jean (John) F. I carried this pain into the military which only intensified everything I was already feeling. I do now see that my parents did the best they could with what they had and now that I am a parent myself, I try to do better for my children so they want feel the same way. The military however does make a child feel neglected and of course the divorce rate is very high.Response by SSG Audwin Scott made Oct 23 at 2015 9:36 AM2015-10-23T09:36:19-04:002015-10-23T09:36:19-04:00SGM Mikel Dawson1060748<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Mine was great!
