I&#39;m stalking the MILPER&#39;s for my own personal self interest (CPT board results). However, this came out today. MILPER Number: 20-276 Professor, United States Army War College (USAWC). <br /><br />LT&#39;s are not the target audience by any stretch of the means, but the MILPER sort of spells out the direction they should be heading.
