Look at our own Civil War. If anyone had provided foreign support each side would have become incensed to a point of no return. AQ and ISIS have been conveniently arming themselves with the equipment we have left behind or supplied to those attempting self determination. The airstrike was effective in getting one key combatant, yes. I will lay odds that before the President read his morning brief that the "Financier" had been replaced. If these battles are to be stopped the people of those countries have to step up and do the job and quit relying on foriegn powers to do it for them.
