He was warned to keep his eye on progress/lack there of. <br /><br />Are we getting ahead of ourselves thinking progress should have been made? <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>If you&#39;re referring to his enlistment bonus, that happens all the time. Usually, the issue is that the Soldier fails to turn in one of the documents and after a month or two it gets kicked back from finance.

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Just wanted to come back &amp; say thank you to everyone that responded and upvoted so my post was seen more. <br /><br />Turns out that my husband was given the wrong list of papers to turn in by someone in their training room. <br /><br />She had us gather: 4/1-3, annex A &amp; B, copy of orders, certificate of completion, awarded MOS, PCS orders. <br /><br />All would have been well except: The photo copies made were cut off (I had no idea, husband should have been more careful), there was no use for Annex B, and they did not need copy of orders, awarded MOS, or his certificate of completion. We instead needed DD1966. <br /><br />Since 10 weeks ago we have asked for a list of what was needed in a formal format. Every list given has been different. Hooah!
