Unfortunately, there is a nasty little surprise waiting for those that make claims re: toxic exposure. Unless you currently are experiencing any of the VA-listed types of illnesses for Vietnam-era toxic exposures, you will be denied any claim regarding exposure. The problem is that too many of the exposed Soldiers, Sailors and Airmen don't live long enough after diagnosis to make an effective, timely case to receive benefits. VA - correct me if I am wrong.

I agree who ever sit behind the desk that get your medical claim probably want know anything about a soldier or vet medical issues..yes there is others have service on active duty already got there’s and do not have any thoughts what he or she reading the issues the soldier’s is claiming in his or her medical records.. will VA ever do what supposed to do take care of the soldiers and or vets.. What heck is PACT?
