Following is the article. Of note, is that Country Joe McDonald (Country Joe and the Fish, psychadelic rock group from the 60s) spoke out against desecration of this sacred memorial that displays the names of local soldiers who were killed in Vietnam.

Im very pleased to see that an iconic hippie-era musician spoke out in support of our veterans.

Typical of that City. They wont allow recruiters at schools either. To me we should with hold all Federal aid to the schools. They wont follow the law when it comes to Illegals but expect us to defend them. I say put up cams and arrest for Federal Hate Crime.

These are some of the same stupid idiots that told me to repent, and asked me how many babies had I killed, when I came back from Vietnam. If caught, I would like to see them do serious jail time, but I know this will not happen.

Very bad taste. They forget that we served/fought to protect their rights to protest the military's existence.

They also forget that soldiers don't start wars - politicians do... Even Democrats.

No one in the military should support San Francisco by vacationing there or living there. It always puzzles me why the Pentagon has fleet week there every year, they have hated the US military since the 60's, and the city leadership fully supports the hatred and will not stop any time soon.
