The betrayal is another increase in prescription costs for those of us not living close to military hospitals... As I've said many times , it doesn't matter left or right if they need a buck they look at the military and it's retirees first....

$90 Billion dollars of "war funding" to cheat the sequestration limits. Get rid of the sequestration and fund the DOD the right way.
