easy thousands, first of you pay no down payment, no PMI, and many fees you can't be charges. Many states if not all also give breaks of property tax f you're rating is high (40%)

I was turned down by USAA for a 0 down loan after they had approved it. I was told by a vet with 100% disability that he was advised by a friend what answers to put down for the PTSD questions. I told him, for 50+ years I have been hoping for the VA to address my Agent Orange condition. I was not an officer. I was told by an officer with 100% disability that all Vietnam vets get 100%. The rest of us will die waiting. Could it be that that's the plan? Oh well.
