CPL Zachariah Chitwood436825

Okay, so I am new to this whole thing. Not to mention I am not real technologically inclined. But I am wondering if anyone else has experienced verification issues? I've tried to enter my SSN and DOB, but it just keeps telling that they're unable to verify me. I've been vouched for by two battle buddies, but I am still running into the same errors. Any ideas?Verification issues2015-01-26T13:08:29-05:00CPL Zachariah Chitwood436825

Okay, so I am new to this whole thing. Click on Support in the Arrow down box next to your name in the upper right corner. Then click on Email Us over on the right side. Finally I picked a date in the middle of my enlistment and it worked. I think that trying to pick your enlistment date can be the mistake. Make sure you are using the legal name on your military record and, if using a service date, a date you were on active duty orders (doesn't need to be your entry date)

As for being vouched for by other members, only trusted members that verify with their service record are able to vouch for others. Your battle buddies may have been verified in a different way.

As an alternative, you can submit a photo or scan of an old ID, VA ID, DD214 (with redacted SSN if you wish), orders, an award, etc. to [login to see] .
