Last month there was over 36000, and my place was under 10000. Now it’s gone. I can see my “number” in the queue but not how many claims are there. What’s going on as of February 2024. Seems like they are trying to hide, bury how many legacy appeals are still waiting on the BVA. Far too many considering these would be docketed now 6-7 years ago at least. It is showing 36,001 appeals and you are # 9,531. Is something missing or are you just refuting the data displayed? You could reference your VSO or a case worker if you already have one assigned. You may be able to run it by your respective State Veteran&#39;s office for assistance.
