Once in click on Manage tab then click Documents and Records, a new page will come up, click on VA Letters. New page comes up, Step 1 confirm your address, Step 2 gives you what letters you want. The first 2 options are the benefits letters. See which one has the right information for your needs. Generate the letter and print or download. Easy. I f you do not still have a copy of it you might be able to get the VA to send you a new copy of the decision letter. Mine is about ten pages long and lists each body part and whether it is rated or denied. Then evidence, then reasons for decision. Next it gives the references to US codes. Then the forms to disagree with the decisions. I scanned mine into the computer right away so it couldn't get misplaced.

If you can't find the original decision letter, then you will probably have to either call or write the VA for further assistance as I've looked for any place to print out on your own and do not find any way without contacting them.

Be exact when you ask them to send you the copy of your decision letter as they frequently do not seem to speak the same language we speak.
