Using SF-15 not a very good thing https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/using-sf-15-not-a-very-good-thing <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>The SF 15 is supposed to allow those of us with 30% or more VA disability to get an advantage or direct hiring versus a long process with competition against everyone else applying for government jobs. However, with the documents required to validate the preference, they see EVERYTHING that we were rated for. This allows them to see everything and give them a chance to find a way to discriminate against those with 80%+ and find a reason to not hire.  We need to change it so the preference can be validated but the prospective employer can not see the list of problems we were rated on. This would make it more fair and less of a disadvantage of using the form. What good is preference if you cannot use it while looking for a job. SSG Trevor S. Sat, 19 Apr 2014 16:11:19 -0400 2014-04-19T16:11:19-04:00 2013-11-07T22:50:53-05:00
