You may want to connect directly with them and get some of their feedback.

Below is a list of people specifically in the AET position, both currently and formerly (just click on the "Current" or "Previous" tabs at the top to see each list). Reserve and Guard do 85% of the AE missions worldwide. The ops tempo can be high however things will be changing in the near future with the pull out of Afghanistan. If you are going active duty to Reserve or Guard, do your homework there are some little differences between the two. Also my advice is this. If you want to go off AD and go into Reserve/Guard, especially AE, pick a career field in the medical field. I have been a paramedic the past 15 years and the skill sets and experience that I bring back to the unit is huge. It benefits the mission and patient care. I see some 4NO's that don't work in the medical field on the civilian side struggle during task training and medical emergencies. Again as said before AE is high tempo and demands a lot of work. Good luck! Hope to see you on a flight line soon. MSgt Private RallyPoint Member Tue, 01 Apr 2014 14:18:20 -0400 2014-04-01T14:18:20-04:00 2014-04-01T01:31:02-04:00
