You're not happy with USAA SPC Michael Dillon? I use them for baking and have been very happy with them. Do not use them for insurance.

I droped USAA for everything for a few yeas after another agent low-balled me and misstated my annual mileage. Once I discovered the agent’s cheating, I priced insurance again and returned to USAA. I am quite pleased with their insurance and their service.

Been with USAA for more than 10 years now, through several claims and a less than perfect payment record. I've tried several times to replace them because insurance is expensive, but everyone else wants more. The only disadvantage I've run into is they aren't local, so if that is important, you'll have to shop around where you are at.

I’m an Encompass (Allstate) employee and I keep USAA. Even with my employee discount, USAA Is very competitive. More importantly, having worked many claims from many carriers, if you ever have a claim USAA doesn’t skimp or mess with you about the small stuff. They pay what they owe and settle the claim without headaches.

I use Erie. Was recently hit from behind and Erie proved to be superior to the other insurance company

I use USAA for our 6 cars and Harley, very satisfied with their customer service, saved alot of money changing my auto insurance to USAA. I do banking and financing with USAA too.

Thank you all for your input. After gaining several quotes from various companies, they are either the same price with less coverage or just about the same. I will stick to being a USAA member going on 18 yes. Again thank you all.
