U.S. Army W.T.F Moments... "The Army's Blooper Reel" or "Degredation of the Profession's Image"?

I'll admit that I laugh at most of the things that pop up on my Facebook feed from U.S. Army WTF Moments. But I also wonder how that shapes image of the Armed Forces from those not serving. Is this just like the ESPN's Not Top 10, or a detriment to our profession?

Thanks for pointing me to that FB page, CPT Private RallyPoint Member. I hadn't heard of it, but I checked it out, and I think it's all in good fun. No harm poking fun at ourselves a little bit. I vote that it's just good fun.

I only know what I have seen reposted and it seems like good old sarcastic fun and shouldn't be a detriment. If it curtails people from joining then it is probably for the best. The reality of military life as a FNG will make their head explode anyway.
