No federal laws were broken. Only state laws that require a state license for the ownership of the guns and also for improper storage of the weapons. Additionally, he had magazines that hold 20 rounds. He surrendered peacefully to four different law enforcement agencies who coordinated the raid on his home. The state requirement for a license to own weapons is unConstitutional, but that is open to debate. The really disgusting part, in my opinion, is that he has been held since Feb. 12 without bail being set. His scheuled date for bail being set is May12, so in my opinion, his right to a speedy trial has been violated.

"Pratt was charged with two counts of possession of a large capacity firearm and/or magazine, two counts of illegal possession of a firearm while unlicensed, four counts of unlawful storage of a firearm and two counts of possession of post-ban large capacity magazines. He was booked at the Chatham Police Station, then transported to Orleans District Court for arraignment."

The way the laws and liberals keep leaning left, there won't be a place to move to that you can enjoy your rights. Worst case scenario is one world gov... but if the wrong people are elected here in USA the Constitution will be amended to restrict guns completely to only those employed by government. Then moving won't do you any good because USA is one of the only places it's legal (and should be expected) to own a firearm as a citizen. My opinion is that the people should be taught about guns in school as a class growing up. The school shootings are happening in "gun free" zones. Go figure.

The ATF needs to be in prison , The ATF is making laws that violate the constitution , just in the fact that they DO NOT write or make law. That is the job of our congress , not some lame ass nazi secretary or AG. Any and all regulations brought about by the ATF need to be stopped and those responsible for violating American citizens fights need to be in jail
Death to all tyrants and their special ops police aka SS

The only thing I can say , if the retarded investigators ever come to Montana , they will be working 36 hours a day 12 days a week. Just to keep up with 100 everyday gun owners here , but for their sake it would be best for these Massinvestigators to stay in the state that use to believe in the US Constitution. , lol what these people had in their house ?
Is nothing compared to the normal gun owner in Montana.
These 6 month investigations wasted tax payers $. And they should pay it back
These people according to this article did nothing wrong. Unless you live in a nazicrat state line mass..
The state is the criminal

We just became aware of this 36 hours ago. Kenneth Pratt was encountered outside the home and taken into custody, police said. During a search of the home, officers located and seized an improperly stored Benelli shotgun, a Remington shotgun, a Glock 9mm semi-automatic pistol and a Stag Arms Stag 15 (.223 modern sporting rifle). Two high-capacity magazines for the Stag Arms rifle were seized along with additional ammunition and firearms-related evidence, police said. Both the Glock pistol and Stag Arms rifle are high capacity firearms. ... This was on Feb 12, and he still has not even had bail set. He has only had one legal issue in his life of 50 years which was non violent (alcohol related) and he's had no violations since that in 2007.
