I am seeking for guidance in regards to traveling to Cuba With my spouse as a tourist. I was born in Havana but now that I am serving, restrictions apply. Where would be a good place to get started on my search?

S-2 would be your first stop, one more thing, you are born in Cuba just like me, the Cuban government still do not recognize Cuban born living in U.S., as U.S. Citizens, what I mean is that the government of Cuba have all of jurisdiction over you even if you are naturalized in the United States, if I was you I will wait till they recognized your U.S. Citizenship or until the U.S. Government authorities the travel for military members.

check the State Dept website also...see what, if any, travel restrictions are still in place, print it off and present it to S1 and see what the rules are...
