S-2 personnel have to process that, from what i recall. From NIPRNet to PC is dependant on the classification and content of the files. The average user doesn't wipe a hard drive properly at any point during ownership, meaning files are likely easily recoverable. <br /><br />This thread would've received a lot more attention if it had tags. The S2 and S6, but most importantly anyone who has a government email needs to ensure SIPR stays SIPR, and if that&#39;s not the case that the violation gets reported to the security manager. Also, just because it&#39;s NIPR doesn&#39;t mean it isn&#39;t sensitive or shouldn&#39;t be treated like such.
