I am currently working on my own transition plan, though I still have over 2 years as my current plan goes. I think I'll retire at 26 1/2 yrs, but never too early to start planning the exit strategy. The biggest things I'm working on at the moment are completion of my degree, working up a solid resume, and broadening my contacts. I think the secret to a successful transition is all in the planning.
