They&#39;re the SMEs....plus you&#39;ll need to talk to them anyway to get the IRR packet rolling. Did you sign a 6 x 2, 6 years drilling and 2 years in the IRR? If yes, then you can submit your transfer without issues. If no, then you can still submit a request to transfer to the IRR but the process will take longer and you may not get approved.<br />Check you contract, talk to retention, and work with HR to submit the request. Ask you unit to do SUTAs. There is often ADVON and clean up crews attached to AT. See if you can do the majority of your drills during AT. Do it for 2 years and it’s done.
