Training schedule (company and platoon/section)
1. Unit METL
2. The platoon's individual tasks that support the METL
3. Task and Evaluation Outlines (T&EOs can be gotten from http://atn.army.mil) for each of those tasks and participants (plus some)
4. Past T&EOs and task readiness assessments for the same training event (show progression, areas of focus)
5. The reference materials used (SOPs, FMs, TMs, etc)

This is just a quick overview of what I've had success with and recommend. Seeing as the reference material can be bulky, I'd have it separate or accessible on tablets. A copy of the SMCT is always great. 1LT Private RallyPoint Member Mon, 02 Jun 2014 12:29:40 -0400 2014-06-02T12:29:40-04:00 Response by 1LT Private RallyPoint Member made Jun 5 at 2014 5:17 PM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/training-binder-musts?n=144670&urlhash=144670

I have the Unit/Post SOPs, FM on the training, CCIR for Post, BG, BN, CO, Alert Roster, SOI, Training CONOP, Resource Worksheet we use in planning training, Commander's Intent/ BNCO Quarterly Training Plan/Goals, DODIC number worksheet, Documents on my Ammo, Vehicle Load Plan (Personnel and Equipment), Concurrent training, and work I need to get done out there if I am not in charge of the training.
