PO3 Aaron Hassay 1246965 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>What can a lover do to protect themselves and love their loved 1, without worsening the situation? How do they go about that?<br /><br />I was young, 19, once, in a military uniform, engaged, could not fail, big dreams, and started getting a stress disorder due stressors of my unit I tried to forget. She noticed my quick change I now can recall, and indeed, like a good lover, a good girl who cares about her man, said I needed therapy which really shook me, and actually was sort of threatening and weird and made me possibly distance myself even a bit from her. I was a warrior and in denial, thinking not talking, and ignoring were solutions, let anger and testosterone take over, in the 1990s. Needless to say I lost her, and have not had much of a love life ever since. Now I am diagnosed, trying out talk therapy, but that is about 20 years late. These things hurt, and I wonder if my life story can help solve anything, help anyone else in the future. Top things a lover can say/do for their service member suffering w/PTSD angry in denial? 2016-01-20T03:00:41-05:00 PO3 Aaron Hassay 1246965 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>What can a lover do to protect themselves and love their loved 1, without worsening the situation?
