So make it easy for them. Don't over inflate your resume. Employers list exactly what they are looking for. So copy and paste the duties and descriptions, and tailor it to your qualifications. That way its easier and quicker to distinguish who is qualified. <br /><br />Just my experience on the matter. There's a lot of tips and tricks. I've been through a couple MEBs, so I have applied for quite a few jobs and have been "noticed" a few times. Its definitely confusing. That is a very difficult site to navigate.
