But the Mountains will prove you have what it takes. Mountain Phase is much more physically demanding. This is a result of carrying more equipment while operating as a platoon. I thought it was the most physically challenging. This is where you get your Ranger Legs. I will say that many didn't think that Benning was going to be a challenge to the women attempting Ranger School. I was surprised at the struggle they had. I am one of the many that was more concerned about Mountains. This is thought to be the most demanding in relation to overall strength. We will see how this plays out.Response by CPT Private RallyPoint Member made Jul 10 at 2015 6:37 PM2015-07-10T18:37:12-04:002015-07-10T18:37:12-04:00PO1 John Miller807223<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div><a class="dark-link bold-link" role="profile-hover" data-qtip-container="body" data-id="8144" data-source-page-controller="question_response_contents" href="/profiles/8144-sfc-william-swartz-jr">SFC William Swartz Jr</a>, as long as they're not receiving special treatment and men are being afforded the exact same opportunity, it's a non-issue.Response by PO1 John Miller made Jul 11 at 2015 4:45 AM2015-07-11T04:45:03-04:002015-07-11T04:45:03-04:00MAJ Ken Landgren807870<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>This looks like setting the bar high for women, and if they succeed, they have justification for back filling the army.
