Are you saying service members and veterans are flipping out everywhere down town due to PTSD? I believe I have a higher chance of being struck by a civilian motorist under the influence. Safer in-deed. We are always praying wherever we go. Sad to say (more upset than sad), but we were victims of a crime some months ago in a non-military town. This comes from something that was stated last week by a friend of mines. She was nervous about going to the local mall in fear that a military person would have a "PTSD moment", flip out and start shooting everyone. We had a long conversation about it and I think she feels a little differently now, but unfortunately, I am sure there are others who feel the same way she did/does.
