It sounds like it&#39;s a delivery service for people&#39;s records between the academic institution and the person requesting. <br /><br />I have never used this so I don&#39;t know what shows up but just reading their website they seem to be a middle man for requesting records. <br /><br />Are you talking about a goarmy.com email that was used to sign up for the service? If there&#39;s an email associated with your account on that site, then they&#39;d be the only ones to remove it.
