My school is expensive and my P911 with grants do not fully cover my tuition. The yellow ribbon program should be allowed for active duty CADETS with enlisted service. The yellow ribbon program is for veterans. I have been denied this because active duty G2G. Should I be granted the yellow ribbon program? 2017-07-31T15:59:43-04:00 2LT Private RallyPoint Member 2786597 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I have my P911 bill activated and I will be active duty while enrolled in ROTC via green to gold program. That is certainly the case her at University of Idaho and its AROTC program.
