As always only time will tell. It is not a one person job and nobody, regardless of how qualified or great, can single-handedly change the climate of an organization and make it right over night.

I was impressed with his approach of listening to customers (veterans) and getting out to the hospitals and clinics. I also liked his comment that when asked if he would take the job - my whole life has been preparation to take this job.
