I actively ensure there is no corn or soy fillers in my food. I haven't eaten bread in 4 weeks. I started eating a high protein, high fat, low carb diet and I've gone from 220 to 200 in 4 weeks. All veggies I eat are frozen or fresh. Processed foods are out. <br /><br />I've also decided the one sized fits all diets are stupid and went back to the way they told us was wrong. I'm getting healthier, my cholesterol is lower, my weight is down and I'm having less issues with GERD. Besides that, bacon fat makes everything taste better. <br /><br />Lastly, I started running on a treadmill once a week to minimize knee injuries and my last run was 3 miles in 36 minutes while shaving 45 seconds to a minute off my time every week.
