that sounds like a good deal there however NFL players will still hit hard and TBI is pretty much unavoidable while in combat environment.

I disagree whole-heartedly. TBI is extremely avoidable in almost all combat environments as we know them today. With exception of direct attacks most Soldiers will not be at risk during the current operational environment.
