While it is a good idea to teach prisoners skills that make them marketable, well as marketable as a felon can be, to the outside world in an effort to reduce recidivism. Is it a good idea to teach them a skill that could very easily be flipped for criminal enterprise?

Corollary, if you owned a business and needed to outsource your coding, would you hire coders in the Prison Industries or someone who learned to code in prison?
