SGT(P) Private RallyPoint Member 7268 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>If tattoos are not visible in dress/duty uniform how is it they "detract from military appearance"  I can see how an argument against neck, hand and face tattoos can be made and I agree to an extent but I can not understand how something that can only be seen in PTs or civilian attire causes and detriment to the force.
