They're the ones in the trenches per se and have a pretty good idea of what's going on such that even today's technology cannot replicate. Keep seeking improvement within yourself. Be open-minded; even a buck private can cook up an effective three or even a four-stroke idea. The welfare and well-being of your workers should always be top priority.<br /><br />Just good merits I've seen in top leadership both in my USMC and civilian jobs.
