Stolen Valor - Are we getting a little oversensitive? Maybe?

Guys, I know we've discussed stolen valor ad nauseum, but this story just hit my radar and kind of makes me think that maybe some guys might be going a little overboard on the stolen valor confrontations. There are ways to do this without ending up on the news. What are your thoughts?

SGT Richard H. I'd rather let 10 fakers go, than have this happen to a real vet. Let them have fake valor they don't deserve, but never, ever, take real valor from someone who does.

There will always be idiots out there who react before they get the truth. Personally I could give a rats ass if someone is faking being a Military Vet, as long as they are not trying to defraud someone or another organization.
