I have it and I&#39;m schedule at 0% disability ...it&#39;s on my face.....if his condition matches...any actuall numbered percentages..EXACTLY normally 5% body covering Plus for a payable rating....if it&#39;s real bad...the NG can give him the boot....why can&#39;t he go to a military clinic and get treatment....if he has a 91 day deployment he&#39;s a Vet and just apply for VA medical care...means test...Keep all his records copied...I was a USMC vet by 1976 and used the VA and Military clinics while I served on and off in the Guard, Army and Air Force Reserve until 2004....
