Screening is upcoming. My spouse is from Germany and I am on assignment for Germany, 20 min from her hometown. What if anything can be done to get the family together overseas if my EFMP screening comes back warranting enrollment and subsequently denied Command Sponsorship for my spouse? If she's from the area, I'm sure she would be able to figure something out for housing for you guys. The Army can't tell your wife and family where they have to be, right? The challenge you face is that the military nor Tri-Care are obligated to take care of your spouse medically unless you face an emergency, and even then there may be issues. Best advice go to the personnel office and peel this onion back. Or an issue? You are **MARRIED** correct? Your wife has a resident alien card, correct? Your wife is on TriCare, correct? So what's the issue? I too have a foreign wife and she went everywhere I went and got full medical care just like any other wife. Actually she got better care as I was on submarines and sub wives got treatment the normal wives didn't get (like dental).

And what is "EFMP?"
