Something different, an enviromentaly friendly bullet?

Its called the "Enhanced Performance Round" and we've all seen them while deployed, but they aren't performance enhanced, just enviroment-friendly. Check out the article and tell me if the juice is worth the squeeze or if you think this is a better option for our war fighters.

I have to admit, at reading the title, I thought you were advocating for an "environmentally friendly" bullet on Soldier evaluations (NCOERs/OERs). My first thought was NO WAY, not another ridiculous check box for "skills" like "doesn't waste paper," "always uses the low flush option," or some such crap.

Ok, sorry for the diversion...carry on!
