<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I have to admit, at reading the title, I thought you were advocating for an "environmentally friendly" bullet on Soldier evaluations (NCOERs/OERs).  My first thought was NO WAY, not another ridiculous check box for "skills" like "doesn't waste paper," "always uses the low flush option," or some such crap.<div><br></div><div>Ok, sorry for the diversion...carry on!</div>
