The hardest part of being an EOD Tech is leaving the relative safety of the "safe area", or the up-range area of an EOD incident. Thanks for sharing TSgt David L., our EOD Techs are combat multipliers at home station and especially during combat operations. Two of the companies within the BN are 702 EOD & 720 EOD, full of professionals that continuously put the safety of others in front of themselves.

I always heard the "Long Walk" as a reference to a certain month long selection in the mountains of West Virginia. . . Interesting to here it as an EOD reference too.
