If it had been anyone else, there would have been already an indictment or a grand jury to be convened...but it's Hilary Clinton who could probably get away with murder.

Personally I hope they fry her and lock her up....just where Bill should be too.

Ah but Grasshopper, you forget you are talking about a Clinton, you know...the woman who is supposed to waltz into the Whitehouse with her "husband" the former and impeached William Jefferson Clinton, a.k.a. "Slick Willie!" It is going to take more than what is known now for her to really get into trouble. However, do not try any of the Clinton's shenanigans yourself, you (and I) would be hanged by our toenails if we tried it!

There has got to be something soon, I would hope! Charge her already! I can only assume that there is so much bad crap she did, that it is just taking forever to compile all the charges.

Some clearances are granted "by virtue of position."

I know that seems counter-intuitive, but remember that the People grant the President his Clearance, not the Government. The same in theory applies to any Cabinet Members (who need them), as they are confirmed by the Senate.

You can't really tell an elected official "sorry, you're a scumbag, you don't get a clearance" because they are the oversight in the system.

I know for those of us much farther down the food chain, that seems wrong, but there is no Constitutional disqualifier for being a Felon.
